摘    要:目的比较VITEK-2 Compact法、胶体金法和酶联免疫吸附测定法(ELISA)检测沙门氏菌的效果。方法分别采用VITEK-2 Compact法、胶体金法、ELISA法对待测样品进行检测,并将检测结果与国标法检测结果进行对比分析。结果 VITEK-2 Compact法、ELISA法、胶体金法的检测结果和国标法检测结果的符合率分别为100. 00%、92. 86%和95. 71%,差异无统计学意义(P>0. 05)。结论 3种快速检测方法均可作为沙门氏菌国标检测方法的有效补充。

Abstract:Objective To compare the detection results of Salmonella by the method of VITEK-2 Compact,colloidal gold and the ELISA respectively. Methods The samples were tested by the method of VITEK-2 Compact,colloidal gold,ELISA and national standard,and the detection results of the former three kinds of rapid detection methods were compared with the national standard method. Results Compared with the national standard method,the coincidence rate of the three rapid detection methods was 100.00%,92.86%,and 95.71%,respectively.VETIK method had the highest coincidence rate, ELISA method was the second,and the colloidal gold method was the lowest,but the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusion The three methods of rapid detection can be used as an effective supplement to the Salmonella national standard.
