| Abstract: | Objective:To investigate the microbial contamination of ZuoGui pills from 3 manufacturers by the microbial limit test of 73 batches of ZuoGui pills and to provide the reference for microbial quality control.Methods:The microbial limit test of ZuoGui pills was performed according to the general chapeters of 1105,1106,and 1107 in Chinese Pharmacopoeia 2015 VolⅣ.Results:The microbial limit test results of 73 batches of Zuogui pills met the criteria.Conclusion:The microbial contamination of one manufacturer′s ZuoGui pills is serious compared to the other two manufacturers,but all the results are still within the limits. |
