摘    要:目的 对比分析交叉韧带损伤的双能量CT及MRI表现,探讨双能量CT诊断交叉韧带损伤的应用价值。方法 对30例膝关节损伤的患者行双能量CT和MRI检查,比较两者诊断交叉韧带损伤的一致性。结果 双能量CT诊断前、后交叉韧带损伤分别为16例、8例,与MRI诊断结果一致者分别为15例、8例,采用kappa检验得出两者诊断前、后交叉韧带损伤的一致性很高。结论 双能量CT能够弥补MRI的不足之处,为辅助临床诊断交叉韧带损伤提供了一种有效的新的检查方法。

Abstract:Objective To analyze and compare the imaging features of cruciate ligament injury between dual-energy CT and MRI, so as to explore the clinical value of dual-energy CT in the diagnosis of cruciate ligament injury. Methods 30 patients with acute knee joint injury were all examined by dual-energy CT and MRI, and the consistency in diagnosing the cruciate ligament injury between them was compared. Results 16 cases of patients with anterior cruciate ligament injury were diagnosed by dual-energy CT, and 15 cases of them were in line with the MRI results. 8 cases of posterior cruciate ligament injury were diagnosed by dual-energy CT and 8 cases were in line with the MRI results. With the Kappa test, we found that there was better consistency between dual-energy CT and MRI results in diagnosing the injury of anterior/posterior cruciate ligament. Conclusion The Dual-energy CT could remedy the deficiency of MRI, and provide a new effective method for the clinical diagnosis of cruciate ligament injury.
