摘    要:目的探讨以问题为导向(PBL)的教学模式在鼻咽癌放疗教学中的应用效果。方法选择2015~2018年在安徽医科大学第一附属医院肿瘤放疗科进行规范化培训的肿瘤学专业研究生90名,采用简单随机抽样的方法分为试验组与对照组,每组45名。试验组采用PBL教学模式,而对照组采用传统讲授式教学模式(LBL)。比较两组规培生的理论考试成绩、靶区勾画成绩以及教学满意度。结果 PBL组规培生的理论考试成绩为(85. 64±4. 34)分、靶区勾画考试成绩为(34. 71±4. 23)分、教学满意度为62. 22%,均高于LBL组,差异有统计学意义(P <0. 05)。结论在鼻咽癌放疗教学中,PBL教学模式较传统的LBL教学模式能提高规培生的理论考试成绩、靶区勾画考试成绩及教学的满意度。

Abstract:Objective To explore the application effect of PBL (problem-based learning) model in clinical radiotherapy teaching of nasopharyngeal carcinoma. Methods A total of 90 standardized training postgraduates in oncology were selected from 2015 to 2018 for standardized training in the Oncology Radiotherapy Department of the First Affiliated Hospital of Anhui Medical University. Then we divided them into experimental group and control group using simple randomization method. Each group was composed of 45 members. The experimental group adopted the PBL teaching mode while the control group adopted the traditional LBL (lecture-based learning) teaching model. We compared the theoretical test scores, target area outlines test results and training satisfaction in the two groups. Results The theoretical test scores (85.64±4.34), target area outlines test results (34.71±4.23) and training satisfaction of the PBL group (62.22%) were significantly higher than those of LBL group, respectively. Conclusions PBL teaching model can improve standardized training postgraduates'' theoretical test scores, target area outlines test results and satisfaction about teaching in learning of radiotherapy for nasopharyngeal cancer.
