Analysis of 2 novel coronavirus nucleic acid test methods and 2 new nucleic acid detection reagents for the detection of external quality assessment
Abstract:Objective 2 novel coronavirus nucleic acid extraction methods and 2 new coronavirus nucleic acid reagents were used to test the quality of the external quality assessment, and the performance comparison and analysis were carried out for other laboratories to make reference. Method The first novel coronavirus nucleic acid test in Jiangsu province in 2020 and the second national quality control samples were detected. 2 nucleic acid extraction methods were used, 2 nucleic acid amplification test reagents were detected, and nucleic acids were extracted and amplified.Results The detection rates of OFR 1ab and N genes were 100.00% in the positive quality control of shuoshi automatic extractor + shuoshi nucleic acid detection reagent,The simultaneous detection rate of double genes was 100.00%, and the effective detection rate was 100.00%;In Shengxiang release agent + Shengxiang nucleic acid detection reagent group, The detection rate of OFR 1ab was 70.00%,The detection rate of N gene was 90.00%, the simultaneous detection rate of double gene was 70.00%, and the effective detection rate was 90.00%;In Shuoshi automatic extraction instrument + Shengxiang nucleic acid detection reagent group,The positive quality control OFR 1ab and N gene detection rate were 100.00%, double gene detection rate was 100.00%, the effective detection rate was 100.00%.Conclusion The positive quality control detection rate of shuoshi automatic extractor and its matching reagents, Shushi automatic extractor and Shengxiang nucleic acid detection reagent combination is higher than that of Shengxiang releaser + Shengxiang nucleic acid detection reagent combination, and the nucleic acid extraction efficiency of Shengxiang releaser needs to be improved.
