深部浸润型子宫内膜异位症手术方式对疼痛改善的影响

目的 评估深部浸润型子宫内膜异位症（DIE）患者腹腔镜下完全切除与未完全切除DIE病灶对疼痛改善的影响。方法 选择2013年4月至2015年4月安徽省肿瘤医院收治的45例DIE患者，经腹腔镜手术，完全切除病灶的患者纳入A组（26例），未完全切除病灶的患者纳入B组（19例），比较两组的手术时间、出血量、疼痛改善情况。结果 术后12个月，A组视觉模拟评分法（VAS）评分为（4.79±0.95）分，较术前明显降低，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）；B组VAS评分为（9.82±1.59）分，与术前差异无统计学意义（P>0.05）；A组与B组VAS评分差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论 DIE患者经手术完全切除病灶，疼痛症状明显改善。

Impact of surgical management of deep infiltrating endometriosis on relief of pain

Objective To evaluate the relief of pain in the patients with deep infiltrating endometriosis(DIE) who had undergone the laparoscopic complete or incomplete excision of endometriotic implants.Methods A retrospective analysis was performed on surgical duration, bleeding and relief of pain based on 45 patients diagnosed as DIE by laparoscopic surgery in Anhui Provincial Cancer Hospital from April 2013 to April 2015. Among these 45 patients, 26 underwent complete laparoscopic excision of DIE (Arm A), while 19 underwent incomplete surgery (Arm B).Results Twelve months after surgery, VAS score in group A was (4.79±0.95), which was obviously reduced compared to pre-operation, and the difference had statistical significance(P<0.05). However, VAS score in group B was (9.82±1.59),and there was no significant statistical differences compared to pre-operation (P>0.05). The difference of VAS score between group A and B had statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion Complete excision of endometriotic implants provides significant relief of pain in patients with DIE.
