| Abstract: | Objective:To establish a method for simultaneously determining six constituents(vitamin C,acetaminophen,chlorogenic acid,liquiritin,forsythin and arctiin)in Vitamin C Yinqiao Tablets by UPLC.Methods:The separation was performed on a Thermo BDS Hypersil C18(4.6 mm×100 mm,3.0μm)column with water and acetonitrile-0.1%formic acid eluting at 0.2 mL·min-1 in a gradient manner at 25℃.The UV detection wavelength was set at 280nm.Results:The calibration curves of the six constituents(vitamin C,acetaminophen,chlorogenic acid,liquiritin,forsythin and arctiin)were linear in their measurement concentration ranges(r≥0.9999).The average recoveries were from 93.53%to 101.60%(n=9).Conclusions:The method is rapid and sensitive with good reproducibility,which supplements the quality control methods of Vitamin C Yinqiao Tablets. |
