摘    要:目的 测定正常人使用含氟漱口液后,唾液及菌斑中氟离子浓度,并探讨其对龋病预防的意义。方法 选择14名自愿者,用离子选择性氟电极测定使用含氟漱口液后不同时间点氟浓度,并与基线水平相比较。结果 在用氟后120min内菌斑氟浓度都较基线水平有显著性提高(P<0.05),而唾液氟浓度在用氟后60min内显著升高,各个时间点菌斑氟浓度明显高于唾液氟浓度。结论 菌斑可作为口腔氟储库之一;使用含氟漱口液可以使菌斑氟水平升高达120min。

Abstract:Objective To measure the fluoride concentrations in dental plaque and saliva after the use of sodium fluoride rinses and evaluate the significance to caries prevention. Methods Fluoride Ion Specific Electrode was used to measure the fluoride concentrations in dental plaque and saliva in vitro before and at 2,5,30,60,120min, 24h, 6 days after the administration of fluoride in 14 subjects. Results The fluoride levels in whole plaque were significantly higher than baseline levels within 120min( p < 0.05). While salivary fluoride concentrations elevated for 60min( p < 0.05) Plaque fluoride concentrations were higher than that in saliva. Conclusions Dental plaque may act as one of the fluoride reservoirs. Topical administration of sodium fluoride rinses can elevate plaque fluoride for almost 120 minutes.
