| 摘 要： | 我院自1964年10月至1987年5月共收治胸部穿透伤80例,其中休克32例,血气胸75例,心脏大血管损伤11例,胸腹联合伤7例。保守治疗47例,剖胸治疗29例,剖腹治疗4例。治愈79例,死亡1例.根据临床治疗的体会我们认为:(1)抢救心脏大血管刃器伤的关键在于及时明确诊断,紧急剖胸手术,尽快修补止血;(2)胸腔闭式引流在血气胸治疗中应作为主要的治疗措施;(3)利用血胸血自体回输是抢救休克、迅速补充血容量的重要方法。

| Abstract: | From October 1964 to May 1987,we treated 80 cases of penetrating wound of chest in our hospital.Thirty-two of all cases were in shock,75 were comp- licated with hemopneumothorax,11 with cardivovascular traumas,and 7 cases were thoraco-abdominal injuries. Fourty-seven cases were treated cons- ervatively,thoracotomy was performed in 29 cases and laparotomy in 4 cases, 79 cases were cured satisfactorily and 1 cases died.We suggest(1)the most important treatment of cardiovascular injuries is prompt diagnosis,emergency operation and repair of cardiovascular wound in time;(2)the hemopneumo- thorax treatment,close drainage of the pleural cavity should be the first choi- ce;(3)autotransfusion of hemothoracic blood is an important method for correct shock and supplement blood volume. |
