| 摘 要： | 目的探讨抗精子抗体（AsAb）、抗子宫内膜抗体（EMAb）、抗心磷子抗体（ACAb）和抗卵巢抗体（AO-Ab）在不孕不育过程中的作用。方法采用ELISA法检测AsAb、EMAb、ACAb和AOAb。结果AsAb阳性率为29.7%,EMAb阳性率为16.3%,ACAb阳性率为15.2%,AOAb阳性率为14.1%。结论AsAb、EMAb、ACAb和AOAb和不孕不育密切相关,对女性不孕不育有一定的诊断价值。可以作为不孕不育症妇女常规检查的项目。

| Abstract: | Objective:To explore the value of four antibodies of infertile female patients.Methods:Infertile female patients,896 cases,were involved in this study.The antibodies osperm(AsAb),emdometrium(EmAb),anticardiolipin and ovary(AoAb) in the serum were measured by ELISA method.Results:Of the 896 patients,the positive rate of AsAb,EMAb,ACAb and AOAb in serum were 29.7%,16.3%,15.2%,14.1%,respectively.Conclusion:AsAb,EMAb,ACAb and AOAb are related with female infertility,and they were very significant tor the diagnose of the infertility patients.They may be applied as regular immunological examinations. |
