大黄多糖的提取及含量测定

摘    要:目的从掌叶大黄中提取多糖并测定其含量。方法用水提醇沉法提取大黄多糖,用苯酚-硫酸比色法测定多糖含量。结果大黄中多糖含量为6.54%,方法平均回收率为98.8%,RSD=0.73%(n=6)。结论所用方法简便可行。

Abstract:Objective To extract the polysaccharides from Rheum palmatum L. and to determine its contents.Methods Polysaccharides of Rheum palmatum L. were obtained by hot water extraction and its contents were determined with phenol-vitriol colorimetry.Results The polysaccharide content of Rheum palmatum L.was 6.54%and the average recovery rate was 98.8%with RSD 0.73%(n=6).Conclusion This colorimetry method is available.
