彩超引导下穿刺活检在肝脏占位性病变中的临床应用

为探讨超声引导下穿刺活检在肝脏占位性病变中的临床应用价值,采用美国产Bard MagnumTM活检枪和配套针对肝脏占位性病变31例患者作超声引导穿刺活检,标本送组织病理学检查。结果显示,30例可作出明确诊断,其中良性病变共6例(包括血管瘤、非均质性脂肪肝和肝硬化),占19.35%;恶性肿瘤共24例(包括原发性肝癌和转移性肝癌),占77.42%;有1例取材不满意,未能得到诊断占3.23%。由此得出超声引导自动活检术是一种取材成功率高、操作简便、并发症少的组织学取材方法,在肝脏占位性病变的诊断中具有重要的临床应用价值。

The Clinical Application of Colour Doppler Ultrasonography Guided Percutaneous Biopsy for Liver Masses

To investigate the clinical usefulness of colour doppler ultrasonography(CDUS)-guided biopsy for liver masses.US-guided biopsy using Bard MagnumTM bioptic automatic and needle made in america was performed in 31 patients who were had liver masses,the specimen was used for histopathology.A total of 30 patients had definite diagnose,among these there were six cases with innocenced mass(including angeioma、 inhomogen adiposis hepatica and liver cirrhosis),account for 19.35%;24 cases with malignant tumour(including primarily hepatoma and metastatic hepatic carcinoma),account for 77.42%;a case was considered unsuccessful,account for 3.23%.US-guided auto-biopsy is a fine method for histology because of its bioptic sensitivity,operated convenience and the low incidence of complications.It has important clinical usefulness for diagnose liver masses.
