探讨股骨颈骨折保守治疗和手术治疗的护理

目的探讨股骨颈骨折保守治疗和手术治疗的护理,预防并发症的发生,促进康复。方法对我科2001～2007年收治80例股骨颈骨折患者其中20例保守治疗,35例行复位内固定,14例行人工股骨头置换,11例人工髋关节置换。对其心理护理、术后并发症的观察和护理,康复训练指导的护理方法进行回顾性总结。结果80例患者能正确认识自己的病情,消除了焦虑、恐惧心理,主动配合做好各项医疗护理工作,在医护人员、家属的协助下能正确地进行功能锻炼,住院期间均无并发症发生,手术切口达到一期愈合,出院随访,生活均能自理,人工股骨头无松动、下沉、脱位等。结论积极治疗原发病,控制感染,给予良好的心理护理,术后密切观察病情变化,出院指导及健康教育是患者康复重要因素。

The conclusion active treatment the primary affection, the control infection, gives good psychological nursing, after the technique, the close observation condition change, being out of hospital instruction and the health education are the patient are restored to health the important attribute.
