缬沙坦和拜新同治疗高血压的临床观察

目的观察缬沙坦与拜新同治疗高血压的临床疗效。方法选择高血压患者115例，随机分为缬沙坦组（A组，口服缬沙坦80mg，每日1次）、拜新同组（B组，口服拜新同30mg，每日1次）、缬沙坦＋拜新同组（C组，晨服缬沙坦80mg，睡前服拜新同30mg），疗程均为12周。结果3组患者血压均有明显下降，总有效率A组为63．3％，B组为68．6％，C组为94．0％。结论缬沙坦联合拜新同用于治疗中重度高血压比单用缬沙坦或单用拜新同更有效、更安全，值得推广。

Efficacy of Valsartan Capsule and Nifedipine Controlled Release Tablets in Moderate to Severe Essential Hypertension

Objective To observe the efficacy of valsartan capsule(VC)and nifedipine controlled release tablets(NCRT)in moderate to severe essential hypertension.Methods One hundred and fifteen patients were randomly divided into three groups.VC alone(80 mg,q.d.,n=30),NCRT(30 mg,q.d.,n=35),VC(80 mg,q.m.)plus NVRT(30 mg,q.n.,n=50).Three groups were all treated for 12 weeks.Results Blood pressure of three groups all greatly decreased.The total effective rate in VC group was 63.3%;the total effective rate in NCRT group was 66.9%,the total effective rate in VC+NCRT group was 91.5%.Conclusion VC plus NCRT are more effective than VC or NCRT group in the treatment of moderate to severe hypertension.So it deserve to popularize for more efficiency and more security.
