摘    要:本文对瑞典10名耐力运动员(耐力组,长跑7人,游泳3人),10名举重运动员(力量组)及10名健康无训练者(对照组)进行了心脏电影磁共振图像与最大吸氧量的测试。结果表明:1)从左室舒末容量、左室编末容量、心搏量、左室心肌重量、最大吸氧量、最大通气量等指标来看,无论是其绝对实测值,还是其按体表面积或体重校正计算的相对值,耐力组均非常显著地大于其它二组。力量组除了左室心肌重量及左室心肌重量/左室舒末容量比值略有增高外(P<0.05),其余各指标与对照组比较均无显著性差异。2)左室舒末容量、心搏量、左室心肌重量及最大通气量四指标均与最大吸氧量呈高度正相关关系,相关系数依次为0.88,0.85,0.81,0.76,各相关系数均有高度显著性(P<0.001)。3)本文各组的左室心肌重量的电影磁共振图像测定值低于以往多数类似研究对象的超声心动图测定值。文章指出,电影磁共振图像技术是评定左室心肌重量与左室容量十分准确可靠的无创性检查新方法。本文首先报道了运动员心脏电影磁共振部分指标正常测量值。

Abstract:Three groups of young male healthy subjects, i. e., endurance training group (ETG, 7 distance runnersand 3 swimmers), strength training group (STG, 8 weight lifters) and untrained group (UTG, 10 sedentarymen) were studied by cine MRI and by bicycle ergometry for maximal oxygen uptake (Vo_(2max)). The follow-ing variables were measured and calculated in this study: LV end-diastolic volume(EDV), LV end-systolicvolume(ESV), stroke volume(SV), LV mass(LVM), the ratio of LV myocardial volume to EDV (MyV/EDVratio), ejection fraction(EF). EDV, ESV, SV and LVM were also corrected for body surface area and/orfor body weight, and were expressed as EDVI, ESVI, SVI, LVMI and LVM/BW respectively. The main results showed: 1) ETG had a much larger EDV, EDVI, SV, SVI, LVM, LVMI and Vo_(2max)than UTG and STG, indicating a superior heart function and aerobic capacity in ETG compared to the twoother groups, whereas STG had the same Vo_(2max) as UTG and showed only a little higher LVM, LVMI andMyV/EDV ratio. 2) There were overall good correlations between Vo_(2max) and LVM (r = 0.81, p<0.001),EDV (r=0.88, p<0.001), and SV (r=0.85, p<0.001). 3) The LVM values determined by cine MRIwere lower compared to most corresponding studies with echocardiography. In conclusion, Cine MRI is a practicable method for determining LV mass and volumes. Endurancetraining markedly increases Vo_(2max), LV volumes and mass in contrast to weight lifting that provokes onlya moderate increase in LV mass without change of LV volumes and Vo_(2max).
