| 摘 要： | 目的观察针灸辨证分型治疗原发性痛经的治疗效果。方法将165例原发性痛经患者根据临床症状分为气滞衄瘀型、寒湿凝滞型、肝郁湿热型、气血亏虚型、肝肾亏损型，分别辨证取穴治疗，同时设口服布洛芬为对照组。比较两组治疗后的疗效、症状总评分等情况。结果针灸辨证治疗在总有效率和症状总评分上治疗组优于对照组（P〈0．05，P〈0．01）。结论针灸辨证治疗原发性痛经临床疗效显著。
