电子喉镜治疗及术前术中护理的临床观察

目的观察在电子喉镜摘除手术实行护理干预的临床效果。方法应用电子喉镜手术治疗中，对198例声带息肉与声带小结患者实施术前护理干预，包括术前准备、心理调适、解释、指导患者手术中进行微张口呼吸、练习术中如何配合等。结果198例中成功196例（98．9％），失败2例。患者术后主观感觉良好，精神愉快。取得了良好的临床效果。结论在应用电子喉镜手术摘除声带息肉与声带小结过程中，给予术前术中护理干预，对手术的顺利完成起到重要的作用。

Clinical study on nursing intervention in extirpation operation with video laryngoscope

Objective To investigate the clinical effectiveness of nursing intervention in the extirpation operation with video laryngoscope. Methods Nursing intervention was carried out on 98 patients with vocal cord polyp and vocal nodules before and during the extirpation operation. Nursing intervention included preparation before operation, psychological adaption, explanation, directing patients to breathe with open mouth and combination during operation. Results All the 198 cases with diagnostic using were successfully operated under video laryngoscope,while 2 cases failed. Conclusion Nursing intervention is very important for successful operation under video laryngoscope before and during the extirpation operation.
