宏声消毒液发生器性能及其消毒液杀菌效果观察

摘    要:为了解宏声消毒液发生器的性能和消毒液杀菌效果 ,测定了该发生器在不同条件下产生的消毒液中有效氯的含量 ,并进行载体定量杀菌试验。结果 ,随工作时间的延长和食盐浓度的增加 ,有效氯的含量逐渐增加。以有效氯 10 0mg/L作用 5min ,对布片上金黄色葡萄球菌和大肠杆菌的杀灭率可达 99.90 %以上。 2 0 0mg/L作用 5min ,对白色念珠菌的杀灭率可达 99.90 %以上 ,10 0 0mg/L作用 6 0min ,对枯草杆菌黑色变种芽孢的杀灭率可达 10 0 %。

Abstract:In order to know the performance of Hong-Sheng disinfectection solution generator and the germicidal efficacy of the disinfection solution, the available chlorine content in the disinfection solution produced by the generator under different conditions was measured and carrier quantitative germicidal test was carried out. Results: With prolonging the working time and increasing the table salt concentration, the available chlorine content increased gradually. The killing rates of Staphylococcus aureus and Escherichia coli on cloth strips exposed to the disinfection solution containing available chlorine 100 mg/L for 5 min and Candida albicans exposed to the solution containing available chlorine 200 mg/L for 5 min were over 99.90%. The disinfection solution containing available chlorine 1000 mg/L with a 60 min contact time could kill 100% of spores of Bacillus subtilis var. niger.
