| 摘 要： | 目的:建立高效液相色谱法测定地奥心血康胶囊中薯蓣皂苷元含量的方法。方法:色谱柱为Shim-pack CLC-Sil(150mm×6.0mm,5μm),流动相为石油醚-异丙醇(98∶2),检测波长为206nm。结果:薯蓣皂苷元在0.58~11.6μg范围内线性关系良好,其回归方程为Y=3.682×107X+1700(r=0.9998);平均回收率为99.49%,(RSD=0.12%,n=5)。结论:该方法简便、准确、专属性强,可作为该制剂的质量控制方法。

| Abstract: | OBJECTIVE: To establish the method for the determination of diosgenin in Di’ ao Xinxuekang Capsule by HP_LC. METHOD: The condition of HPLC was Shim-pack CLC-Sil columm ( 150mm× 6. 0mm) , mobile phase of 2. 0% isopropand in petroleum ether and UV detector at 206nm. RESULTS : The method proved to be linear in the range at 0. 58～ 11. 6μ g of diosgenin with correlation coefficient of 0. 999 8. The linear formula was Y=3. 682× 107X+ 1700, The average recovery and recision were 99. 49% , and RSD=0. 12% ( n=5) . CONCLUSION: The method is simple, accurate, specific and can be used to the quality control of the preparation. |
