摘    要:目的 观察藏茵陈对肝损伤大鼠的治疗作用,并对相关机制进行研究.方法 采用化学损伤方法,造成实验动物的肝损伤模型,分别用不同剂量藏茵陈(300,600,900 mg·kg~(-1)),生理盐水作为空白对照,观察各组实验动物给予药物后对肝损伤模型大鼠的一般状态、生化指标及形态学的影响,测定肝组织匀浆中超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性、白介素-6(IL-6)及肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)的含量.结果 给予藏茵陈后,与肝损伤模型组相比,肝功能明显改善,降低死亡率,并对肝损伤病理有明显改善作用.同时,能升高大鼠的SOD活性,降低IL-6及TNF-α的含量.结论 藏茵陈对肝损伤模型大鼠的肝脏功能、形态学有明显的改善作用,可能通过抗氧化,降低细胞因子发挥对肝疾病的保护作用.

Abstract:Objective The aim of this study was to assess the main mechanism and therapeutic effects of artemisiae capillaris on rat hepatic injury model. Methods The experiment used hepatic injury rat model was induced by the chemical damage method, and then administered with normal saline (NS), Artemisiae capillaris (300, 600, 900 mg·kg~(-1)) respectively. To observed the movement, biochemical indicator and morphological changing of Artemisiae capillaris in rat model. Moreover, took the hepatic tissue homogenate to test the activity of superoxide dismutase (SOD), the contents of interleukin-6 (IL-6) and tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α). Results Compared to the control group, the hepatic function was significantly improved, the mortality was decreased. Artemisiae capillaris could significantly improve the pathomorphological change of hepatic tissue in rat model. Moreover, increased the activity of SOD, reduced the contents of IL-6 and TNF-α. Conclusion Artemisiae capillaris can significantly improve the hepatic function and pathomorphological change, the results of this study indicated that artemisiae capillaris has therapeutic effects on hepatic damage in rat, via anti-oxygen and anti-cytokine mechanism.
