摘 要: | 目的:观察不同浓度的原钒酸钠(Na3VO4)在正常灌流液条件下对离体大鼠心脏乳头肌收缩功能的影响。方法:分别在正常含钙和无钙灌流液中加入不同浓度的原钒酸钠,观察离体大鼠心脏乳头肌张力的变化。结果:在正常含钙和无钙灌流液中,原钒酸钠都使乳头肌张力显著增加(P〈0.05).结论:原钒酸钠可增加心脏乳头肌的张力。

Abstract: | Objective: To study the effects of various concentration of sodium orthovanadate (Na3VO4) on myocardial contractility in isolated papillary muscle in rats in normal Kerb, s-Ringer solution . Methods: After the administration of Na3VO4, We observed the changes of the tension in isolated papillary muscle in normal Kerb, s- Ringer solution and the solution without Ca2+. Results: Na3VO4 could markedly increase the tension of isolated papillary muscle in rats in normal Kerb, s-Ringer solution and the solution without Ca2+ ( P 〈 0.05 ). Conclusion: In normal solution, Na3VO4 can increaso the isolated papillary muscle tension in rats. |
