| 摘 要： | 目的：观察不同浓度的原钒酸钠（Na3VO4）在正常灌流液条件下对离体大鼠心脏乳头肌收缩功能的影响。方法：分别在正常含钙和无钙灌流液中加入不同浓度的原钒酸钠，观察离体大鼠心脏乳头肌张力的变化。结果：在正常含钙和无钙灌流液中，原钒酸钠都使乳头肌张力显著增加（P〈0．05）.结论：原钒酸钠可增加心脏乳头肌的张力。 |

| Abstract: | Objective： To study the effects of various concentration of sodium orthovanadate （Na3VO4） on myocardial contractility in isolated papillary muscle in rats in normal Kerb, s-Ringer solution . Methods： After the administration of Na3VO4, We observed the changes of the tension in isolated papillary muscle in normal Kerb, s- Ringer solution and the solution without Ca2＋. Results： Na3VO4 could markedly increase the tension of isolated papillary muscle in rats in normal Kerb, s-Ringer solution and the solution without Ca2＋ （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion： In normal solution, Na3VO4 can increaso the isolated papillary muscle tension in rats. |
