丹参注射液联合抗生素治疗急性盆腔炎疗效观察

目的 评价丹参注射液配合抗生素治疗急性盆腔炎的疗效。方法 100例急性盆腔炎患者随机分成两组，治疗组50例静脉滴注青霉素、甲硝唑同时加用丹参注射液，对照组50例仅使用青霉素与甲硝唑注射液。观察治疗前后临床症状与检查结果的改变。结果 两组治疗后相比：总有效率治疗组94％，对照组为76％，差异有显著性（P〈0．05）。完全缓解率分别为61％和30％，差异有非常显著性（P〈0．01）。治疗组炎性包块明显缩小，与对照组比较差异有非常显著性（P〈0．01）。两组均无明显不良反应发生。结论 丹参注射液配合抗生素治疗急性盆腔炎疗效满意。

Observation on clinical therapeutic effect of Danshen injection matched with antibiotics in treatment of female acute inflammation pelvic disease

OBJECTVIE To evaluate the therapeutic effect of Danshen injection matched with antibiotics in treatment of female acute inflammation pelvic disease.METHODS 100 patients with acute inflammation pelvic disease were divided into two groups randomly: fifty cases in the tretment group treated in penicillium and ornidazole injection with Danshen injection,the other cases treated with penicillium and ornidazole injection.The ameliorate of clinical symptom and result on medical examination were observed before and after treatment.RESULTS The total effective rate was 94 percent in the treatment group,while the rate was 76 percent in the control group(P<0.05).The entirety remission rate in the treatment group was 61 percent and 30 percent in the control group(P<0.01).In the treatment group inflammation lump was obviously reduced(P<(0.01)).Adverse reaction was not observed.CONCLUSION Danshen injection matched with antibiotics is effective in treatment of patients with acute inflammatory pelvic disease.
