新型冠状病毒肺炎累及心脏的表现和治疗建议

由于新型冠状病毒具有传播能力强、临床表现多样、潜伏期长、可隐性传染等特征，目前全球累计已有超过480万人被感染，新型冠状病毒肺炎患者除了典型的呼吸系统表现外，心脏受累亦不少见，本文通过目前可获得的文献和临床资料，对新型冠状病毒肺炎患者心脏受累的流行病学特征、可能机制、临床表现进行了总结，并结合自身一线抗疫临床经验对新型冠状病毒肺炎合并心脏受累的治疗进行了讨论，以供临床一线医师参考。

2019 novel coronavirus pneumonia(COVID-19) has the characteristics of strong transmission ability, diverse clinical manifestations, long incubation period, recessive transmission and so on, So more than 4800,000 people worldwide have been infected globally, In addition to typical respiratory manifestations, myocardial injury are also common in patients with COVID-19. The epidemiological characteristics, possible mechanisms and clinical manifestations of myocardial injury in patients with COVID-19 are summarized through available literature and clinical data. Combined with our clinical experience, the treatment of COVID-19 with myocardial injury is discussed for the reference of first-line clinicians.
