初诊2型糖尿病患者血清糖化血红蛋白与白细胞介素-6联合检测的临床意义

目的:探讨血清糖化血红蛋白(HbAlc)和白细胞介素-6(IL-6)在初诊2型糖尿病患者体内的水平;方法:应用放射免疫与微柱层析法分别检测50例初诊2型糖尿病患者空腹血清中IL-6及HbAlc的水平;结果:初诊2型糖尿病患者血清HbAlc及IL-6水平显著高于正常对照组(P<0.01),并且控制了年龄与性别后,HbAlc与IL-6的水平呈正相关(r=0.31,P<0.01)。结论:初诊2型糖尿病患者血清HbAlc和IL-6水平明显增高;联合检测HbAlc与IL-6的水平对于初诊2型糖尿病患者的免疫状态评价和病情判断有重要的临床意义。

The significance of detecting the level of serum HbAlc and IL- 6 in newly diagnosed type 2 diabetes

Objective To discuss the serum level of HbAlc and IL-6 in newly-diagnosed type 2 diabetes mellitus.Method Detected the level of HbAlc and IL-6 in 50 newly diagnosed type 2 diabetes mellitus cases using radio-immunoassay and tiny column chromatography assay respectively. Results The level of serum HbAlc and IL-6 all increased significantly in newly diagnosed type 2 diabetes mellitus compared with the control(P<0.01).After controlling the age and sex,there was a significant positive correlation between HbAlc and IL-6(r=0.31,P<0.01).Conclusion The level of HbAlc and IL-6 increased significantly in newly diagnosed type 2 diabetes mellitus;combined examination the level of serum HbAlc and IL-6 have important clinical significance to evaluate the immune status and the condition judgment to the newly diagnosed type 2 diabetes mellitus.
