摘    要:目的将3D打印技术结合网络教育平台用于骨科临床教学,探讨其教学效果。方法病例选自本院骨科病例的影像资料,使用E3D软件重建模型,打印模型和演示模拟复位。将在本院本科实习生及外科规培医生共56名,随机分成试验组和对照组,每组均为28人。对照组使用传统病例教学模式,试验组使用3D模型结合网络教育平台的模式,以问卷调查及笔试成绩的形式评估两组的教学效果。结果试验组学生的笔试成绩及问卷调查结果均高于对照组(P<0.01)。结论 3D打印技术结合网络教育平台可补充传统骨科教学的不足,具备良好的教学效果,应用前景广阔。

Abstract:Objective To research the clinic orthopedic teaching application of 3D printing models with online education platform. Methods We collected X-rays and CT images of orthopedics cases in the GuiGang City People’s hospital. We selected 28 internships who accepted the standardized surgical training and 28 residents surgery doctors. They were randomly divided into control group and experimental group randomly. The control group received the traditional teaching, and the experimental group received a combination of the 3D printing technology with online education platform. We compared the both groups in the academic performance and self-assessment. Results The examination score and the collected questionnaires showed that the experimental group significantly outscored the control group(P<0.01). Conclusion 3D printing technology with Online education platform applicated in the clinic orthopedic teaching achieves excellent effect, and is worth promoting.
