| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨经胸超声心动图(transthoracic eChocardiography,TTE)在封堵房间隔缺损(atrial septal defect,ASD)围手术期中的应用价值.方法 选择试验对象,应用TTE测量60例患者房间隔缺损大小,在TTE的检测下对ASD行经导管封堵,评价TTE在封堵ASD围手术期中的应用价值.结果 TTE成功引导57例患者封堵器置入,术中及术后均无并发症,无残余分流,总的成功率为95%(57/60).结论 TTE对于应用封堵器封堵ASD术前病例选择、指导选择封堵器型号、导管通道建立以及放置封堵器的全过程和术后疗效评价起着重要作用.
