民营医院"以人为本"的文化建设实践

摘    要:以东莞东华医院文化建设为例,从“以人为本”的医院文化定位、“以人为本”的管理文化建设、“以人为本”的服务文化实践等方而论述了对民营医院“以人为本”的文化建设的认识和体会。指出,“以人为本”的医院文化建设是现代医院管理的有效方法。坚持管理文化建设与服务文化建设“两手抓”,在注重培训员工的凝聚力、向心力和团结奉献的主人翁精神的同时,把员工高昂的工作热情引导到为病人提供满意的服务上来,并从病人的满意中获得成就感和满足感,使管理文化与服务文化相互促进、相得益彰,将有利于医院的健康发展。

Abstract:for example, the cultural construction in Donghua hospital of Dongguan, the understanding for "human centered" cultural construction in private hospital includes: the position of "human centered" hospital culture, the human centered cultural construction for management, the practice on human centered cultural construction for service etc. . It points out, the "human centered" cultural construction of hospital is an effective method for modern hospital management. To help the sound hospital development, one should hold management cultural construction and service cultural construction to train the staff's embodiment and sense of being the owner, to make the staff s enthusiasm become the satisfactory service to patients, and to enjoy the sense of success and satisfaction from the satisfaction the patients, to make management culture and service be promoted to each other and complemented each other.
