| 摘 要： | 1963年到1986年,我室收集到乳腺原发恶性淋巴瘤12例,其发病率占同期乳腺恶性肿瘤的0.42％(12/2813)。发病年龄为22～73岁,全为女性。入院时除一人外,当时均诊断为乳腺癌。这12例乳腺原发恶性淋巴瘤,全部为弥漫型。其中6例作了超微结构观察,2例作了免疫组化检测。作者对乳腺原发恶性淋巴瘤的病理、临床及超微结构特点作一分析研究,认为乳腺淋巴瘤确易与乳腺癌混淆,但也有其生物学特点,有助于病理诊断时的鉴别。

| Abstract: | During 1963-1986, 12 oases of primary malignant lymphoma of the breast were collected in the department of pathodogy, Shanghai Medical University. It accounted for 0.42% of all malignant breast tumors during the same period. All 12 patients were female, aged 22 to 78 years with an average of 39 years.11 cases were diagnosed as breast cancer on admission. The tamers grew rapidly tbu without nipple discharge or retraction, the 12 cases were classified according to the lymphoma criteria recommended by the national lymphoma cooperation group in 1982. The ultrastruoture of 6 oases were observed and 2 cases were labelled by the immunohistochemioal method. Although it is very hard to differentiate rimary lymphoma of breast from breast cancer, lymphoma of the breast has its own biological characteristics. |
