糖尿病周围神经病变相关因素分析

目的　了解影响糖尿病周围神经病变 (DNP)的相关因素。方法　 10 7例行肌电图检查的住院糖尿病患者 ,将检查结果正常 (A组 ,4 6例 )和异常 (B组 ,6 1例 )分为两组 ,分别就其年龄、病程、血脂水平、HbAlc、血压和糖尿病肾病的发生率等进行对比分析。结果　A组 2 9例伴临床症状 ,DNP发生率随着年龄增长而升高 ;B组TG水平和病程高于A组。两组HbAlc、血压、糖尿病肾病发生率无明显差异。结论　DNP肌电图异常早于临床症状出现 ;DNP与患者年龄、病程和TG水平有关

Analysis of related-factors to diabetic peripheral neuropathy

Objective To investigate the related factors to diabetic peripheral neuropathy(DNP).Methods Peripheral nerve conduction velocity(PNCV) were measured by electromyogram(EMG) in 107 diabetics,then they were divided into two groups(group A without DNP,n=46;group B with DNP,n=61),some parameters such as age,course,blood lipid,HbAlc,blood pressure and rate of diabetic nephropathy,were compared between two groups.Results 29 patients in group A had clinical symptoms of DNP;incidence of DNP increased with the age of patients;group B had higher TG and longer course than those in group A;there were no significance differences in HbAlc,blood pressure and rate of diabetic nephropathy between two groups.Conclusion Abnormal PNCV is earlier than clinical symptoms in diabetics,the development of DNP are related to patient's age,TG level and course.
