| 摘 要： | 目的探讨超声对阑尾炎病变的诊断及超声分型的临床价值。方法对340例阑尾炎患者用3．5MHz低频探头检测阑尾区后，再改用7．5～12．0MHz高频探头反复扫描阑尾区，并以阑尾形态结构及超声显像表现为基础进行分析。结果340例阑尾炎患者，低频超声检出182例，诊断符合率为53．5％；高频超声检出306例，诊断符合率为90．0％；超声表现类型可分为：结构完整清晰型、结构完整难辨型、结构部分破坏型与无结构型。结论超声、尤其是高频超声能较好的检出各型阑尾炎病变，诊断符合率高，同时可对阑尾炎进行分型，能为临床手术提供重要的参考依据，可在临床推广应用。

| Abstract: | Objective To study the characteristics of appendicitis with color Doppler ultrasound. Methods 340 patients with appendicitis were detected with color Doppler ultrasound with low-frequency （3, 5MHz） and high-frequency （7.5 - 12.0MHz）. Results 182 cases of 340 patients were detected with low-frequency （53.6%） and 306 cases with high-frequency （90%）. Conclusion Ultrasound, especially high-frequency probe, can effectively detect various types of appendicitis. |
