Cyclin E 、CDK5在肺癌中的表达

目的 研究Cyclin E，CDK5在不同组织类型肺癌中的表达情况及其与肺癌发生发展的关系。方法：采用免疫组织化学法检测91例原发性肺癌及10例正常支气管粘膜组织中的Cyclin E，CDK5表达水平。结果：Cyclin E，CDK5在肺癌中总的阳性表达率分别为46．15％，37．36％，而在正常支气管粘膜中几乎无表达。Cyclin E，CDK5表达水平在肺癌各组织类型，分化程度间无显著性差异（P＞0．05）。Cyclin E与CDK5存在交叉共存现象（91例中有65例表达相同），经相关分析发现两者呈显著正相关（P＜0．01）。结论 Cyclin E，CDK5与肺癌发生有关，可作为肺癌的潜在的诊断指标。

Expression of Cyclin E and CDK5 in lung cancer

To investigate the expression of Cyclin E and CDK5 in different histological type of lung cancer and its relationship with pathogenesis and development of lung cancer. Immunohistochemistry was applied to examine the expression of CyclinE and CDK5 in 91 specimens of lung cancer and 10 specimens of normal bronchial epithelium. All the specimens were paraffin-embedded. The expression rates of Cyclin E and CDK5 in lung cancer were 46.15% and 37.36%respectively, which showed a significant difference from those of normal tissues ( P <0.05). The expression of Cyclin E and CDK5 had no statistical correlation with histological type and differentiation of lung cancer ( P > 0.05). Cyclin E expression was positive correlated with CDK5 ( P <0.01). [Conclusions] Cyclin E and CDK5 are involved in the genesis of lung cancer. Cyclin E and CDK5 are potential diagnostic markers for lung cancer.
