白内障合并板层黄斑裂孔患者超声乳化联合人工晶状体植入术后疗效观察

摘    要:目的观察白内障合并板层黄斑裂孔(lamellar macular hole,LMH)患者晶状体超声乳化联合后房型人工晶状体(intraocular lens,IOL)植入术后临床效果。方法 2012年1月—2015年3月在海军总医院眼科确诊的白内障合并LMH的15例16只眼进行晶状体超声乳化摘除联合后房型IOL植入术治疗,并随访观察,观察术后3个月最佳矫正视力、黄斑中心凹视网膜厚度及LMH最大直径的变化情况。结果术后3个月时,所有患者最佳矫正视力较术前明显提高,差异有统计学意义(t=6.833,P<0.001)。黄斑中心凹视网膜厚度(t=1.464,P>0.05)及LMH最大直径(t=1.307,P>0.05)无明显变化,差异无统计学意义。结论白内障晶状体超声乳化联合后房型IOL植入术可以提高白内障合并LMH患者的视力,短期内对LMH没有明显影响。

Abstract:ObjectiveTo evaluate the clinical effects of phacoemulsification and intraocular lens (IOL) implantation for patients with cataract and lamellar macular hole (LMH). MethodsFrom January 2012 to March 2015, 15 cases (16 eyes) were analyzed for patients with phacoemulsification and IOL implantation combined with LMH diagnosed in Navy General Hospital. Best corrected visual acuity, foveal retinal thickness and maximum diameter of LMH were observed 3 months after surgery. ResultsBest corrected visual acuity improved significantly 3 months after surgery, and the difference was statistically significant (t=6.833, P<0.001). Foveal retinal thickness (t=1.464, P>0.05) and maximum diameter of LMH (t=1.307, P>0.05) were not changed significantly. ConclusionPhacoemulsification and IOL implantation in posterior chamber can improve visions of patients with both cataract and LMH but has no effect on LMH in the short term.
