| 摘 要： | 目的：介绍中药色素的提取和应用情况。方法：查阅文献,分析总结。结果：介绍了中药色素的提取方法,讨论了溶剂萃取法、超临界CO2萃取法、微波辐射提取法、酶法、超声提取法的特点。针对天然色素不稳定的特点,介绍了天然色素的稳定化方法。综述了中药色素的药理作用,对类胡萝卜素、黄酮类、花色苷类等色素的抗氧化活性、抗菌活性及保健功能作了简要介绍。结论：开发中药色素具有广阔的应用前景。 |

| Abstract: | Objective:Applications and the extraction of Traditional Chinese Medicine Pigment are introduced.Methods:To analysis and sum up the literatures concerned.Results:The extraction methods of Traditional Chinese Medicine Pigment is introduced,The characteristics of every kind of progress such as solvent extraction,supercritical CO2 extraction,microwave radiation extraction,enzymatic extractionand ultrasonic extraction technology were discussed.The stabilization technologies of natural pigments were introduced based on its characteristics of lability.The physiological functions of some natural pigments were reviewed,some natural pigments such as carotenoid,xanthophylls,flavanones and anthocyanin were introduced on antioxidant activities,antibacterial activities and health protection.Conclusion:It showed wide application prospect to exploit Traditional Chinese Medicine Pigments. |
