| 摘 要： | 患者女,57岁。右拇指、腕部及前臂结节伴瘙痒和疼痛3月。右前臂皮损组织病理示:化脓性肉芽肿性改变。真菌培养见申克孢子丝菌生长。诊断:皮肤淋巴管型孢子丝菌病。

| Abstract: | To report a case of lymphocutaneous sporotrichosis.The patient was 57-year-old female,presented with a 3-month history of painful nodules,linearly arranged on her right thumb,wrist and forearm.Histopathological examination of the lesion on her right forearm revealed changes of pyogenous granulomatous inflammation.Sporothrix schenckii were present in the fungal culture. |
