| 摘 要： | 文章在辨证论治的基础上,结合同仁堂西黄丸治疗1例脑干胶质瘤,生存期已经超过3年,生活质量好。辨证重在肝脾胃,疏肝平肝,健脾和胃。疏肝以调节全身气机,俾气行血行,气行津行,以防痰瘀产生;平肝以制肝气升发太过,直犯脑窍;健脾和胃以保持气血生化之源。辨病取西黄丸芳香通窍之性,直达脑部病所,理气化瘀,清热解毒。病证结合、全身和局部结合、祛邪和扶正结合是治疗的关键。

| Abstract: | On basis of syndrome differentiation of TCM, 1 case of brain stem glioma was treated with decoction and Xihuangwan produced by Tongrentang. She has lived past 3 years with good life quality. More attention should be paid to the function of liver, spleen and stomach. The method of checking liver-yang and smoothing liver-qi, strengthening spleen-qi and harmonizing stomach-qi were used.
