| 摘 要： | 确定巴巴拉百合花粉油最佳提取工艺。通过溶剂萃取法对百合花粉浸膏进行提取，并通过3组不同时间萃取得率的比较，表明随着萃取次数的增加与萃取时间的延长，浸膏得率也随之提高，提取最佳时间段为2．0h，2．0h，2．0h，2．0h，进行3—4次浸提可得95％浸膏。花粉浸膏呈紫红色，香味宜人，得率为2、96％。通过冷冻对百合花粉浸膏进行净油提取，得率为0．3898％。
