糖耐量减低老年患者中血清抵抗素和脂联素水平的研究

目的在糖耐量低减老年患者中,探讨血清抵抗素、脂联素水平以及其相关影响因素。方法 54例非老年人和28例老年人,常规测量体质量指数(BMI)和腰臀比,检测空腹血糖、血脂、胰岛素、白细胞介素6、C反应蛋白、肿瘤坏死因子α(TNF-α)、瘦素、脂联素、抵抗素的水平。结果与糖耐量正常老年人群相比,糖耐量减低老年患者血清脂联素水平降低,血清抵抗素水平正常。脂联素水平与高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)、女性呈正相关,与TNF-α、腰臀比、BMI、三酰甘油呈负相关;均衡性别和年龄后,血清脂联素水平仍与HDL-C呈正相关,与三酰甘油呈负相关。结论在糖耐量减低老年患者中,血清抵抗素水平正常,脂联素水平下降,并与HDL-C、女性、TNF-α、腰臀比、BMI和三酰甘油密切相关。

Serum Concentrations of Resistin and Adiponectin in Older People with Impaired Glucose Tolerance

Objective Recent studues indicated that resistin and adiponectin take some roles in glucose homeostasis and suggested there were associations among resistin,adiponectin and impaired glucose tolerance.Methods 82 subjects were included,divided into normal aging people(54 cases)and older people(age≥60 years)(28 subjects).Body mass index(BMI),waist circumference,blood pressure,fasting lipids,glucose,insulin and C-peptide were measured,and adipocytokines such as resistin,adiponectin,leptin,tumor necrosis factor α(TNF-α),interleukin-6 and C-response protein were also examined.Results Serum adiponectin levels decreased in older people with impaired glucose tolerance(IGT)comparing with older people with normal glucose tolerance(NGT)(0.96±0.47)mg/L vs(0.54±0.49)mg/L,P<0.05].There were no differences in concentrations of resistin between older people with IGT and older people with NGT.Pearson relation analysis showed that serum adiponectin concentrations were positively correlated with HDL-c and female,but negatively correlated with TNF-α,waist haunch ratio(WHR),BMI,triglyceride(TG)in older people with IGT,after adjusting with sex and age,serum adiponectin concentrations were positively correlated with HDL-cand negatively correlated with TG.Conclusion In older people with IGT cases,serum resistin concentrations are normal,however,serum adiponectin concentrations are discreased and there are some associations between adiponectin with HDL-c,female,TNF-ɑ,WHR,BMI and TG.
