| 摘 要： | 目的探讨肠梗阻的CT表现及诊断价值。方法分析36例肠梗阻患者的腹部X线平片和CT表现,其中26例手术治疗,10例行胃肠减压、抗感染保守治疗。10例有腹部手术史。结果腹部X线平片和CT诊断肠梗阻存在分别为60%,100%;CT能准确诊断肠梗阻病因为95%,平片仅为15%。结论CT检查在明确肠梗阻的病因方面明显优于腹部X线平片和B超,对确定治疗方案及评估预后等有较大意义。

| Abstract: | Objective:To study the CT manifestation and its values in the diagnosis of intestinal obstraction.Methods:Manifestations of abdominal plain films and CT were analyzed in 36 patients with intestinal obstraction,respectively,in which 26 cases were undergone surgical therapy,while 10 cases were treated by gastrointestinal drainage and anti-infection therapy.Ten patients had a past history of abdominal surgeryp.Results:Sixty percent and 100% of the patients were diagnosed with intestinal obstraction by plain abdominal films and CT scan,respectively.In ninty-five percent of the cases the diagnosis was made from CT scan,but only 15% by plain film.Results:CT was superior to X-ray film and B-type ultrasound in making diagnosis of intestinal obstractrion,and the CT Scan was quite significant in designing the appropriate treatmment and improving the prognosis. |
