新疆医科大学附属肿瘤医院2005~2012年发表论文计量分析

[目的]评价新疆医科大学附属肿瘤医院专业技术人员科技工作绩效。[方法]以CNKI中国期刊全文数据库、万方数据库及Pubmed数据库为依据,运用文献计量法对2005-2012年发表的论文进行分析。[结果]2005-2012年发表论文共1762篇,年平均发表论文220篇,年平均增长速度1.14%,年平均发表220篇,发文量呈逐年递增趋势。1762篇论文刊载在265种期刊上。发表论文合作度3.69人、合著率95.90%。核心期刊和高影响力期刊发表论文相对较少。[结论]新疆医科大学附属肿瘤医院在肿瘤学科建设上具有较强的实力,应更加优化各种激厉政策和措施,实施科研论文的定量管理,促进专业技术人员的科技论文产出率。

A Bibliometric Analysis of Published Papers of the Affiliated Tumor Hospital of Xinjiang Medical University, 2005--2012

[Purposel To evaluate the technology job performance of professional and technical personnel in the affiliated tumor hospital of Xinjiang medical university. [Method] The papers in CNKI ＂Chinese periodical full text database＂,Wanfang database and Pubmed （2005-2012） were searched. The domestic medical jounals were analyzed by literature metrology. [Result] The number ot＂ published papers in 2005-2012 was 1762,the average annual publication was 205,average annual growth rate was 1.14% with the increasing trend. Sevenlecn hundred and sixty-two papers published in the 265 journals. The authors professional and technical personnel accounting for 48.52% of total. Degree of cooperation was 3.69,and coauthored rate was 95.90%. Papers published in core journals and high-impact journals were relatively less. [Conclusion] Tumor disciplines construction in the Affiliated Tumor Hospital of Xinjiang Medical University has strongly strengthened,the policies and measures shouht be more optimized,enhancement in quantity management of scientific papers,to pro- mote the amount of papers in professional and technical personnel.
