小儿黄龙颗粒对记忆障碍模型小鼠学习记忆功能的影响

摘    要:目的: 观察小儿黄龙颗粒对记忆获得障碍模型、记忆巩固不良模型及记忆再现缺失模型小鼠学习记忆功能的影响。 方法: 采用跳台法和避暗法观察小儿黄龙颗粒对东莨菪碱、利血平、氯霉素和乙醇分别造成记忆障碍模型小鼠学习记忆能力的影响。 结果: 小儿黄龙颗粒高、中剂量能延长东莨菪碱造模小鼠、利血平造模小鼠、氯霉素造模小鼠 、乙醇造模小鼠的潜伏期,减少错误次数,降低错误率,具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。 结论: 小儿黄龙颗粒对记忆获得障碍模型、记忆巩固不良模型及记忆再现缺失模型小鼠的学习记忆功能有改善作用,能促进和巩固学习记忆,为临床用于改善ADHD患者的学习记忆功能提供了药理学依据。

Abstract:Objective: To observe the effect of Pediatric Huanglong granule on the mouse models of memory acquisition impairment, memory consolidation impairment and memory recurrence impairment. Method: Using scopolamine and reserpine to induce mouse model of memory acquisition impairment respectively, chloramphenicol to induce mouse model of memory consolidation impairment, ethanol to induce mouse model of memory recurrence impairment;the learning and memory ability of model mice is measured by step-down test and dark avoidance test. Result: Pediatric Huanglong granule can improve the memory acquisition impairment of model mice induced by scopolamine and reserpine respectively, the memory consolidation impairment of model mice induced by chloramphenicol and the memory recurrence impairment of model mice induced by ethanol. Conclusion: Pediatric Huanglong granule can improve the the learning and memory ability of model mice with memory acquisition impairment, memory consolidation impairment, memory recurrence impairment. It provides pharmacological basis for improving the learning and memory ability of people with ADHD by Pediatric Huanglong granule in clinical.
