| 摘 要： | 目的：确定骨友灵凝胶剂的制备工艺.方法：采用正交设计方法进行骨友灵凝胶的处方筛选,确定最佳处方,采用体外透皮方法对制剂处方进行透皮吸收研究.结果：确定骨友灵凝胶最佳处方工艺为：取40ml骨友灵浸膏,加入11 g泊洛沙姆407、月桂氮（草）酮3ml、丙二醇5ml、乙醇25 ml,加适量水至100 ml.体外透皮实验结果显示前12 h搽剂与凝胶剂累积释放量相当.结论：骨友灵凝胶工艺简便、可行.

| Abstract: | Objective：To establish the preparation process of Guyouling gels.Methods：The formula of Guyouling gels was optimized by an orthogonal design,and an in vitro transdermal method was used to study the transdermal absootion of the preparation.Resuits：The optimal formula and preparation process were as follows：11 g poloxamer 407,3ml Azone,5ml propylene glycol and 25ml ethanol were added into 40ml Guyouling extract,and appropriate amount of water was added to obtain the total volume of 100ml.The in vitro transdermal experiment showed that the cumulative release amount of the liniments and the gels was similar in the first 12h.Conclusion：The preparation process of Guyouling gels is simple and feasible. |
