摘    要:目的:建立头孢唑林酸中特戊酰氯残留量的测定方法.方法:采用毛细管气相色谱法,色谱柱为HP-1 (30m×0.32咖,0.25 μm),柱温为70℃;进样口温度为200℃;检测器温度为250℃;进样量1 μl,分流比为10∶1.结果:在选定的色谱条件下,特戊酰氯能够得到良好分离,在102.14 ~715.00 μg·ml-1的范围内线性关系良好,r=0.999 7;检出限为0.34 μg·ml-1;平均回收率为97.10%(RSD =4.43%,n=9).结论:该方法准确、可靠,可用于头孢唑林酸中特戊酰氯残留量的检测.

Abstract:Objective:To develop a gas chromatography method for the determination of pivaloyl chloride in cefazolin.Methods:The gas chromatographic procedure was carried out using a capillary HP-1 (30 m ×0.32 rmm,0.25 μm) column.The column temperature was at 70℃.The temperature of injection port and detector was 200℃ and 250℃,respectively.The injection volume was 1 μl with the split ratio of 10∶ 1.Results:A good resolution was obtained between the peaks under the selected chromatographic conditions.The linear range of pivaloyl chloride was 102.14-715.00 μg · ml-1 (r =0.999 7).The limit of detection of pivaloyl chloride was 0.34 μg · ml-1,and the average recovery was 97.10% (RSD =4.43%,n =9).Condusion:The method is accurate and reliable,and can be applied in the determination of pivaloyl chloride in cefazolin.
