DR双能量减影技术在气胸诊断中的应用价值

目的探讨数字化X线摄影（Digital radiography，DR）中的双能量减影（Dual—energy subtraction，DES）在气胸诊断中的应用价值。方法使用美国GE公司-Deftrdum6000数字摄影系统，为临床可疑气胸的56例患者行胸部双能量减影摄片，将获得三幅图像（常规DR肺组织像、纯软组织像、纯肋骨像）进行常规DR和双能量减影胸片对比分析。结果DR双能量减影X线成像技术的软组织像明显提高气胸的诊断，特别是当肺压缩边与肋骨重叠时的少量气胸的诊断，经SPSS11．0校正Χ^2处理，0．01〈P〈0．025，双能量减影DR对气胸诊断的阳性检出率较高，同时双能量的骨组织像对气胸是否伴存肋骨骨折的病例也有较大的诊断价值。结论应用DR双能量减影技术对可疑气胸具有较高的应用价值，可提高气胸的检出率，利于指导临床的治疗。

Imaging analysis of diffuse pulmonary disease

Objective To discuss the value of DR(digital radiography)dual-energy subtraction(DES)technique in diagnosing pneumothorax.Methods There 56 suspected of pneumothorax cases were taken dual-energy subtraction chest radiography using GE-Definium6000 digital radiography system.The findings of DR dual-energy subtraction(DES)technique used to examine these pneumothorax patients were compared with the routine DR images.Results The soft resolving of dual-energy subtraction(DES)technique was obviously better than conventional X-ray,such as the line of pneumothorax(the edge of impressed lunch) of slight pneumothorax.Also the value of bone images in diagnosing can eliminate the influence of bone on detecting pneumothorax.Conclusion Dual-energy subtraction(DES)technique can eliminate suspected pneumothorax patients which is helpful to perform clinical treatment.
