| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨脑血管意外偏瘫病人生存质量与家庭支持的相关性。方法:采用MOS-SF36、SSRS量表对75例脑血管意外偏瘫病人进行调查。结果:生存质量与家庭支持的关系总分及各因子评分呈正相关系,差异有显著性;配偶健在的病人家庭支持总分高于离婚或丧偶者;病人文化程度越高获得的家庭支持总分也越高。结论:脑血管意外偏瘫病人的家庭支持可提高其生存质量。

| Abstract: | Objective：To study the relationship between of life quality and family support in patients with hemiplegia of strok.Methods：75 cases of hemiplegia of strokc patients were evaluated by the MOS SF-36 questionnaire and the social（family） support review questionnaire（SSRS）.Results：The total score of QOL were positivly correlated with total score of the SSRS and three dimensioalities： impersonal support,subjet support,usage of the support.The total score of SSRS of patients who had been the single or conjugal bereavement were lower than of the married and uneducated were lower than those who had been educated more.Conclusion：The life quality of hemiplegia of strok patients can be improved throgh reinforcement of the family support. |
