| 摘 要： | 将无环鸟苷以熔融法制成无环鸟苷多相脂质体口服液，然后观察其对鸭乙肝病毒感染的动物模型的抗病毒效果，将２８只被鸭乙肝病毒感染后的雏鸭分为４组，即无环鸟苷组（５ｍｇ／ｋｇ），无环鸟苷脂质体Ｉ组（４ｍｇ／ｋｇ）无环鸟苷脂质体ＩＩ组（２ｍｇ／ｋｇ）和生理盐水对照组，结果显示３组治疗组的血清和肝组织中的病毒ＤＮＡ均受到明明的抑制说明无环鸟苷经用脂质体包裹以后，仅用原剂量的１／３就可达到同样满意的抗病毒效果。

| Abstract: | In this study,we observed that the antiviral effect of oral acyclovir (ACV) lipo-some liquid made by fusion method to animal model infected with duck hapatitis B virus (DHBV).28 brood duck,infected with DHBV were divided 4 groups: a group of ACV (5mg/kg),the first group of ACV liposome (4 mg/kg ),the second group of ACV liposome (2 mg/kg) and a-control group of normal saline.After a period of 10 days,the tested results showed that the DHBV-DNA in serum and liver tissue of 3 therapeutic groups was inhibited apparently.The study illustrated that the liposome encapsulated ACV has same satisi-fying antiviral effect only in 1/3 dose of ACV. |
