老年结核性胸腔积液患者120例护理分析

目的探讨老年结核性胸腔积液的特点和护理对策。方法对2004年1月￣2004年12月在我院住院的60岁以上老年结核性胸腔积液病人进行回顾性分析。结果老年患者多伴有基础疾病,当发生结核性胸腔积液时,发绀和SPO2<90%的呼衰发生率较高。结论老年结核性胸腔积液者病情相对复杂,病情重,在护理上必须根据老年人的特点,有针对性地做好护理工作。

120 old-age tubercles chest accumulates liquid the sufferer''''s nursing analysis

Objective To investigate the characteristic and nursing countermeasure of senior patients with disease of Tuberculosis pleural effussion. Methods Review and analyze patients over 60 years old with disease of Tuberculosis pleural effussion from January 2004 to December 2004 in our hospital. Results Old patients were likely to have basic diseases, and they had disease of Tuberculosis Pleural effusion,the incidence of cyanopathy, arespiration failure and SPO2<90% was relatively higher. Conclusion Due to the relatively heavy and complicated state of old patients with disease of Tuberculosis pleural effussion,much attention should be paid to nursing according to their specialities respectively.
