电刺激小脑顶核对急性脑梗死患者血浆CGRP的影响

目的探讨电刺激小脑顶核对急性脑梗死患者的治疗作用.方法将60例急性脑梗死患者随机分为电刺激小脑顶核治疗组(30例)和常规治疗组(30例),分别观察其治疗前后血浆降钙素基因相关肽(CGRP)含量的变化.结果电刺激小脑顶核治疗组治疗前与对照组血浆CGRP水平差异无显著性(P＞0.05).治疗后患者血浆CGRP水平较对照组明显升高,差异有显著性(P＜0.01).结论电刺激小脑顶核对急性脑梗死患者可明显提高其血浆CGRP水平,血浆CGRP水平的提高可能是电刺激小脑顶核治疗急性脑梗死的机制之一.

The effects of fastigial nucleus electric stimulation for plasma calcitonin generelated poeptide of acute cerebral infarction patients

Objective To study the effect of fastigial nucleus electric stimulation on plasma calcitonin gene related poeptide(CGRP) of acute cerebral infarction(ACI)patients.Methods Sixty patients with ACI were divided into the fastigial nucleus electric stimulation group and conventional medication group randomly.Before and after the treatment,the CGRP level were measured and compared with the CGRP level of 30 healthy subjects.Result The CGRP of patients with ACI was significantly lower than that of healthy subjects.Before the treatment,the CGRP of fastigial nucleus electric stimulation group and medication group in patients with ACI has no difference.But after the treatment,the CGRP of the former was obvriously higher than that of the latter.However,there was no difference in medication group before and after the treatment.Conclusion It suggests that fastigial nucleus electric stimulation could increase the level of plasma CGRP in the patients with acute cerebral infarction.
