个性化护理干预对带状疱疹患者神经痛及负性情绪的影响

目的：：探讨个性化护理干预对带状疱疹患者疼痛及焦虑、抑郁情绪的影响。方法：选择符合标准的患者60例,采用抛掷硬币的方法随机分为观察组31例和对照组29例,对照组采用常规护理,观察组采用个性化护理干预,观察记录皮损愈合情况,采用视觉模拟评分法( VAS )评价疼痛、焦虑自评量表( SAS)及抑郁自评量表( SDS)评价负性情绪。结果：观察组在止疱时间、皮损开始结痂时间及皮损消退时间均早于对照组,差异有统计学意义( P<0.05)。护理前两组VAS评分相似,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)；护理后1周及2周,观察组VAS评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组疼痛缓解时间(3.39±0.82)d,早于对照组的(5.12±1.36)d,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。护理2周后,观察组SAS及SDS评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义( P<0.05)。结论：个性化护理干预能促进带状疱疹患者皮疹愈合,快速缓解疼痛,减轻疼痛程度,缓解负性情绪。

Effects of Individuated Nursing Intervention on the Negative Emotions and Neuralgia in Patients with Herpes Zoster

Objective:To investigate the effects of individuated nursing intervention on the pain, anxie-ty and depression in patients with herpes zoster. Methods: A total of 60 eligible patients were selected and randomly divided into observation group and control group, with 31 patients in the observation group and 29 patients in the control group. The control group used usual care, while the observation group used individuated nursing intervention, and the dermal lesion healing conditions were recorded, pain was evaluated by visual an-alogue score ( VAS) , and negative emotions were evaluated by self-rating anxiety scale ( SAS) and self-rat-ing depression scale ( SDS) . Results:The observation group had significantly earlier times in stopping erup-tion, initial dermal lesion scab, and dermal lesion regression than the control group (P<0.05). Before the nursing cares, the patients of the two groups had insignificantly different VAS scores ( P>0.05);after 1 month and 2 months of the nursing cares, the patients of the observation group had significantly lower VAS scores than the control group ( P<0.05) . The observation group had significantly earlier odynolysis time than the con-trol group(3.39±0.82) d vs. (5.12±1.36)d] (P<0.05). After 2 weeks of the nursing cares, the patients of the observation group had significantly lower SAS and SDS scores than the control group ( P<0.05) . Conclu-sion:Individuated nursing intervention can promote the rash healing, rapidly release pain, lighten the degree of pain, and relieve negative emotions in patients with herpes zoster.
