维生素D在喘息性支气管炎发病中的作用

目的：：探讨维生素D( VitD)在儿童喘息性支气管炎发病中的作用。方法：喘息性支气管炎患儿96例随机分为VitD治疗组及非VitD治疗组,各48例；单纯支气管炎患儿40例设为单纯支气管炎组；选取同时期健康体检儿童30例设为对照组。观察4组儿童入院后治疗前或体检时血液1,25－( OH)2－D3、ALT、免疫球蛋白水平；观察治疗后VitD治疗组及非VitD治疗组上述指标,以及患儿症状、体征缓解情况,随访半年,记录咳嗽或哮喘再发次数。结果：喘息性支气管炎患儿平均1,25－( OH)2－D3水平显著低于对照组及单纯支气管炎组,ALP、IgE水平均显著高于后2组( P<0.01)。治疗1个月后VitD治疗组1,25－(OH)2－D3、ALP、IgE改善程度显著优于非VitD治疗组(P<0.01)。 VitD治疗组哮喘缓解时间、肺部体征消失时间、咳嗽或哮喘再发次数均显著低于非VitD 治疗组( P<0.01)。结论：喘息性支气管炎患儿体内VitD缺乏。补充VitD可调节患儿免疫系统功能,改善肺功能,减少患儿咳嗽或哮喘发作次数。

Application of vitamin D in the attack of asthmatic bronchitis

Objective:To explore the application of vitamin D ( VitD) in the attack of asthmatic bron-chitis.Methods:A total of 96 children with asthmatic bronchitis were randomly divided into VitD treatment group and non-VitD treatment group, 48 cases in each group. 40 children with simple bronchitis were de-signed as simple bronchitis group and 30 healthy children at the corresponding period as control group. Re-sult:The levels of 1,25-(OH)2-D3, ALT and immune globulin of 4 groups before and after treatment after admission or at physical examination were observed. The symptoms and sings of patients were recorded. After follow-up of half a year, the frequency of cough and asthma were recorded. Results The level of 1,25-( OH) 2-D3 of asthmatic bronchitis was significantly lower than that of control group and simple bronchitis group and the levels of ALP and IgE were higher than latter groups (P<0.01). The levels of 1,25-(OH)2-D3, ALP and IgE in VitD treatment group after treatment for 1 month improved significantly better than those in non--VitD treatment group( P<0.01) . The alleviation time of asthma, pulmonary symptoms disappearing time, reoc-currence of cough and asthma in VitD treatment group were obviously lower than those in non-VitD treatment group ( P<0.01) . Conclusion:Children with asthmatic bronchitis are deficient in VitD, so the supplement of VitD can regulate the function of immune system, improve the function of the lung as well as reducing the at-tack of cough and asthma.
