舒适护理对宫颈癌患者术后负性情绪和化疗方案依从性的影响

目的：探讨舒适护理对宫颈癌患者术后负性情绪和化疗方案依从性的影响。方法：选择符合标准的患者80例，采用随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组各40例，两组患者均给予常规护理，观察组在常规护理基础上加用舒适护理，采用焦虑自评量表( SAS)和抑郁自评量表( SDS)评价负性情绪，比较二者化疗依从性。结果：护理前，两组患者SAS及SDS评分相似，差异无统计学意义( P>0.05)；护理后，两组患者SAS及SDS评分较本组护理前均降低，但是观察组下降幅度更显著，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者对化疗方案依从性评定结果优于对照组，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论：舒适护理能有效缓解宫颈癌根治术患者负性情绪，改善术后化疗依从性。

Effects of Comfortable Nursing on the Postoperative Chemotherapy Regimen Compliances and Negative Emotions in Patients with Cervical Cancer

Objective:To investigate the effects of comfortable nursing on the postoperative chemothera-py regimen compliances and negative emotions in patients with cervical cancer. Methods:A total of 80 eligi-ble patients were selected and randomly divided into observation group and control group, with 40 patients in each group. All the patients were given usual cares, while the observation group used comfortable nursing ad-ditionally, and the negative emotions were evaluated by self-rating anxiety scale ( SAS) and self-rating de-pression scale ( SDS) , and the chemotherapy compliances were compared between the two groups. Results:Before the nursing cares, the two groups had insignificantly different in SDS and SAS scores ( P>0.05);while after the nursing cares, both groups had significantly decreased SDS and SAS scores compared with those be-fore the nursing cares, but the observation group had significantly greater decreasing extents than the control group ( P<0.05) . The observation group had significantly better chemotherapy regimen compliance evaluation results than the control group ( P<0.05) . Conclusion:Comfortable nursing can effectively relieve the negative emotions and improve the postoperative chemotherapy compliances in patients with radical operation for cervi-cal cancer.
